Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

IonAlb Travel & Tours accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfers
• Cash payments (at our offices or on-site)
• Online payment platforms (where available)

2. Payment Procedures

To confirm your booking, full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the service selected. The payment procedure is as follows:

• Select your desired tour or service
• Provide your personal and contact details
• Choose your preferred payment method
• Complete the payment to receive your booking confirmation

3. Deposits

For certain tours and group bookings, a deposit of 30–50% of the total amount may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.

4. Currency

All prices are listed in Albanian Lek (ALL) and Euro (EUR). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to exchange rate fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. IonAlb Travel & Tours does not store your full card details. We comply with PCI DSS standards to ensure the safety of your financial information.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or contact your bank. For assistance, reach out to us at info@ionalb.com.

7. Invoices and Receipts

A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. If you require a formal invoice for business purposes, please contact us and we will provide one within 5 business days.
