IonAlb Travel & Tours is committed to providing high-quality travel experiences. If you are not satisfied with a service or product purchased through us, this Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a return or reimbursement.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns or cancellations may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The tour or service was not delivered as described
- The booking was cancelled by IonAlb Travel & Tours
- A cancellation request is submitted within the eligible timeframe (see Section 4)
- The service was significantly different from what was advertised
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour
- No-shows on the day of the tour
- Dissatisfaction due to weather conditions beyond our control
- Personal reasons unrelated to service quality
4. Cancellation Timeframes
The following cancellation windows apply:
- More than 72 hours before: Full refund
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
